Service sucks at Webafrica

Webafrica's service is shocking to say the least, and their pride and joy - the whatsapp chat bot Toby - is f*^&$ useless. I've been holding on the chat line since 07:00 to 13:00 with nobody helping. Two agents started chatting but couldn't help because I apparently need to speak to provisioning, get put back in the queue and then nothing again for two hours again. Calling them is just as useless, you hold on for 45 minutes until the call is cut with nobody assisting. Come on Webafrica, this is not the service I came to expect of you. Get your ducks in a row. People like me have to work from home and rely on your services but can't get work done because nobody seems to able to help!
