Service sucks

This buss is called Web Africa. Does not even know how to spell the word client service. Your billing would be prorated, which does not happen. After 4 days of being live, suspend your service. This after you were told you get billed pro rata for the first month from date of going live. You can get hold off managers Staff blatantly arrogant and rude. Mekayla, Siphamandla, Wandisa and that is how I can name them. As I had problems even before installation happened. I have been billed from Feb for a service that went live 5 days ago. Dont touch Web Afica
