Service Stink

I've been a loyal client with Webafrica for many years. I recently relocated and asked for a Fibre connection transfer on the 04 April 2021 with an installation date for 15 April 2021. Today it is the 15th of June 2021 and still no installation. Every time I contact the Helpdesk their response is that the installation team would contact me within 48 Hours, The call never came. When I asked to speak to a manager the same result "the manager will call you in 48 hours" to date no call has been received. So what am I supposed to do? Well I decided to go with a different service provider. The service at Webafrica stinks! ! ! ! If you could avoid doing business with them please do.
