Service not happening

I have now tried for days to get hold of anybody at webafrica. Via email, telephonecalls and that stupid bot thing on whatsapp.

My internet speed and installation was perfect and now all of a sudden from a R699 contract per month i went to R936 without any reason. This is absurd. I cannot afford this and want to go back to my original contract. This is ********** behaviour and i am very very upset
