Service not Cancelled

I regret signing up with them. I did sign up and router was delivered with sim. I have no internet fo almost 2 weeks. I did mention to Craig that i work from home I cannot stay without internet. They dont jave a customer service number you only chat to them voa whatsapp which is so annoying. I asked them to cancel my service and m still waiting for them to cancel. I hope they dont charge me anything as i cancelled. I have all my proof. Service is poor. I would not recommend that at all.
