Service non existent

So my firbe has been installed and I'm just waiting on activation sounds like a quick process I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for activation and hearing all kinds of stories about vumatel and no solution. Problem is you cant contact vumatel or your installation company so you stucked with idiots to sort out the problem
