Service non existent!
Two weeks ago I had a problem with Webafrica, after being given 3 ticket numbers, nobody bothered to contact me. On 28 November, yet again, I could not connect to Email/Internet. After holding on for absolutely ages listening again to the same pathetic unprofessional jokes, I eventuallys spoke to an assistant (??) I was told it was the TP link which needed to be replaced. Later in the day I called again and the consultant picked up that I had two email addresses which were set up by Webafrica! He then tried to consolidate them and lost ALL my "sent" items! Again I called and spoke to another consultant who tried to retrieve them from Webmail, have no idea what he did by copying them - needless to say, it was all lost. Matrix had my computer for two days, they could not retrieve the SENT emails and it did not need a new TP LINK - it was the network settings! This has created a major problem !! This is the second time I am writing to Webafrica, nobody bothers. I was given a ticket number again yesterday, nobody bothers to call. I have now spoken to Reception asking to speak to a supervisor, I am still holding on........10 minutes .... still no reply. Webafrica, get your act together!!
