Service Nightmare - Webafrica

Can't believe I still receive e-mails from webafrica stating I have to cancel my service, which was done on numerous platforms of them from March 2023, via their Live chat app....gee whizzz....unbelievable....oh, and to top it off.. .my account is suspended due to non-payment....is there not a way that they could be reported at some or other body that can deal with these complaints?
