Service level

Web Africa service levels sucks I was over changed last month after I queried it I was credited, this month. This month I have been over changed again...They have the whatsapp chat only and every time you chat to a consultant you have to explain everything again. Yesterday I asked a consultant if I could speak to a supervisor or a manager and the reply was we do have. I'm trying again now for a credit on my over changed.
