Service just pathetic - WebAfrica/Frogfoot

For now over a week I have been chatting , requesting help form a freeking live agent. to get me connected and according to them we must wait 72hrs... phone Frogfoot and the lady Chyntia had no clue as what is going on she put the phone down in my ear.

Please WebAfrica/Frogfoot come and remove your fricken equipment I am not intersted in your Fibre, you are worse then Telkom.
