Service Just like Telkom

<p>Logged call with web Africa on the 10 November and I was promised I won’t deal with Telkom as that is Web Africa job. I had to phone Telkom myself to get a update from them and I am still not getting anywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>My experience with you guys are worse than with Telkom. It feels like the SLA agreement with Web Africa & Telkom is fix it if you want to fix it doesn’t matter if line is disconnected form 4 weeks. I have never waited this long for my line to get fixed with Telkom. Yes might have been an issue to get them to our it but got fixed within 2 weeks. I feel that this is the worst mistake I could have made to move my entire Internet service to Web Africa. You guys might be cheaper but the Service is not very good at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get Telkom to provide an ETA and what is the Holdup. I need the line to be fixed ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
