Service is bad

Fibre was installed on 25th ever since it is slow slow ISP ticket was logged no feedback tried the WhatsApp service as there no contact number for call center no answer waited from 5pm to 9pm my battery died no answer from live chat. Not happy with the service right now and to be billed for something that is not consistent.
