Service interaction is hideous

Such an enigma. The product runs well, but trying to interact with them is hideous. Today's latest has been a third attempt to get them to reset the Debit Order date that they decided to change. Today the process started at 16h26 and ended after 19h35. It is evident that there are too few agents for the issues raised as interaction on a WhatsApp chat (all that's available) can take up to 30 minutes or more per message. It's like they want you to go away.
