Service has gotten worse since Covid Pandemic.

There is seriously no one to talk to talk to but a bot on whatsapp giving you a few options from 0 - 7 if you are lucky you might get past this point. I have been patient for 2 hours trying to get my problem sorted. I know this is Covid but the service is appalling and Covid cannot be every company's excuse.
