**** service from web Africa!!paid for a service I did not receive!!

On the 31st of October my account with web Africa was activated,from the 31st I have been having connection issues.i have been messaging web Africa on their Watsap support every day,I got no help.everyday I spoke to an agent from web Africa to help me,they all ask me to do the Same thing,it's like they have a copy and paste message to all their costumers.i have been so frustrated,I have paid for a service and did not receive.i then asked web Africa to cancel account because they can not resolve my issue,they refuse to do so.i just get their agents calling me asking why I want to cancel,they tell me they will call me back and they don't call back.i don't want to be billed for another month because my issue is not resolved,I still have connection issues with their service.please hello Peter,help me with this matter urgently.
