**** SERVICE FROM A **** ISP. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have made payments for the service that web africa provides but i am still suspended. I have a 200mb/s up and 200mb/s down fiber line through web Africa and every month there is the same story. I pay my account via EFT because I have been double debit in the past. So I made an arrangement that until my account is rectified, I will be paying via EFT. Every month since paying on eft I received notice that my account has been suspended. After whatsapping and sending a proof of payment the accounts department still says that i owe money. I have sent all my proof of payment since I have been with Web Africa but yet they still suspend my account. I just want to receive the service that I am paying for. but at this stage i am not getting it. On the system they do not have the second payment that was made on the 25th of January 2025.

I have never missed a payment. I don't intend to miss a payment. but i would like to have the service that i pay for. I made 4 payments, so i should be covered for 4 months Jan, Feb, March and April. but according to the accounts department i have not made a payment for April. So please tell me where the money went that i Paid for all 4 months.

I asked for a manager to phone me so that i can explain the situation to them but they couldn't care less. ****ing useless service.
