Web africa is the worst fibre service provider. They are quick to debit your account but when it comes to service delivery they are the worst. I am siting 7 days without internet and they aren't doing anything about it. They do not follow up. They said that they have logged a fault and the next day when i follow up to just find out that nothing was done.
