Service does not exist and clowns working for the company. Is it a circus?

Absolute pathetic service - paying for service for 2 months now and I have not been contacted. Cecil Nojaja tried to assist but failed just like the other 3 call centre consultants we spoke to. Does thier new CEO Sean Nourse that client service does not exist in his company???? Pathetic!!!!
