Service Dissatisfied

I have only put one star because there's no 0...the service is beyond useless...I've spent 3 hours on WhatsApp with three different agents and still no closer to a solution... I wanted to cancel my subscription...then was asked to state reasons...they were bad service and more expensive than Vodacom for a bet service and faster connection. I was considering staying with the service fir R50 a month more but after being given the royal run around I'm canceling...if I am ever going to get that right remains to me seen...been a bad experience from the start 4 years ago 🤦🏻♀️😖
