Service Disaster

Trying to contact them if you have a faulty line is exhausting. You have to go through a useless chat bot and finally when you manage to get through to a human you find that the service you receive is a disaster. I find it amazing this company is still in business. If you work from home and need a reliable service then this company is not for you. Even if they gave me the line for free I would not take it...
