Service delivery P poor

What I posted on their review page - Your customer service and your service delivery is absolutely appalling! I am a brand new client, have been communicating with your ridiculous 'chat' facility - since 13.24 on Monday - after having purchased one of your products, and NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED TO DATE!!!!!
