****iest service ever. Been without internet the entire da and lost a days work. Communicating via whatsapp is the ****piest idea ever. Was told a technician would call. It's 17h02 and no call. Logged a fault at approximately 07h45 this morning. I am definitely looking for another service provider. WEBAFRICA is terrible.
