Service delivery a BUST!

Hi, could you please change your courier company. I was suppose to receive my fixed LTE package on Wednesday 27 Jan 2021. Somehow the driver could not contact me although my phone was on. Then they rescheduled for Friday at 13:00. Surprise surprise, they gave the package to the wrong driver and rescheduled for the 1st of Feb 2021. Damn.... I have now arranged to pick it up myself. www.courierit.co.za I will never recommend them. They might just influence your company service delivery scoring. Just a thought. Michael.
