Service Deliver and After Sale Service is horrible.

Been waiting more than a month for my fiber line to be installed, I am unable to talk to their service provider which is FROGFOOT, I have no other alternative other than reporting Webafrica(ISP) and Frogfoot(installer or fiber), if there is an ombudsmen I can report this to please advise.
