Service cancellation

Worse service provider ever,I canceled my subscription in July and I received an email confirming my cancellation to be scheduled on the 1st of September but now I'm billed for the account that I cancelled I'm so made and with their poor customer service I doubt I'll get answers and if I do I'll be transferred to one consultant to another before I get help. Worse decision ever
