Service cancellation

Just a follow up on my previous review...so they said the error was on their side and that my cancellation was done and they would refund me my money...but still no money in my account...lets give them till today. I get so frustrated with webafrica cos their response time is very slow on the whattsapp..but when u call the landline number they just direct you back to the whattsapp number.but at least the last consultant was on point...lets wait n see what happens next.
