Service Cancellation

Good day, I have been trying to cancel my service with Webafrica for the past month and they keep transferring me to different people on Whatsapp but with no assistance (was transferred to Bridgettah then Nobulali then Sibahle). Then they ended the chat, so I decided I would just block the debit order maybe this will command their attention.
