Service cancelation

I have canceled my service in May this year and they are still deducting a monthly payment from my account. Phoned them, Sent Whatsapp's but nothing has been resolved. This is utterly frustrating. The last communication they said that it will be escalated, but guess what... still hasn't been resolved.
