Service being cancelled without requesting to be cancelled!!!!!!

my service line has been cancelled which I never evens requested.... now I'm expected to pay a reconnection fee for something that's not my fault and what I'm not evens aware off,,,, and the agents is a real rollercoaster ride... one tells you to do this,, the other one tells you to do that🤷🤷
