Service agents assistance

I have just ben notified of a email service I have not been using (?), which service. The 'live' agent is on +40 min delay time so reverted to WhatsApp. Only to not get a response and then an automated response saying that due to inactivity FROM ME the call is ended! They have not been able to get my business email to work thru' Outlook in 5 years and now I have to do it all thru' Webmail. What the F... Is there not an ombudsman that they can be reported to due to their unsolved issues. I am sick of COVID being the excuse for no one at the office. It seems all the ISP providers in this country are a rip-off and non any better than the next!!!
