Webafrica : This is the worst host ever, for 2 days iv'e been waiting for a payment link and this people just don't have a care in the world, it's enough that the wifi service is **** with all the buffering going on non stop, and now this, i phoned in this morning and whether you press 1 or 2 the voice prompt is recorded to be repeated and nobody helps you and when you finally do get through to someone then they take forever to reply to you, where is the managers or supervisors ? manage your people , if they don't want to work in a call centre , then get another job but we as the people pay for a service that we expect to get for what we pay for , if it was free, then we didn't need to complain, i would love to change my host but i don't wan't to be without wifi for a month due to my work. i actually won't recommend webafrica to anyone , if i could i would rather go to afrihost or any other host besides you guys even if you were the last company on the earth, ****ing pathetic.
