I have been charged a debit order rejection fee of R50 on my account, even though sufficient funds were available for my debit order. It would seem that these people are literally now *****ING their custormers funds in this way! After reading all the bad reviews about them here I am not surprised. How do you do effective business with people that can in no way effectively communicate with their customers?!! Their only communication portal is a Whatsapp number manned by people that seem highly *********** to assist in any way and then would even just cut short the conversation if they feel like it?! Somebody needs to seriously take these people to book and sort them out!!

04 Apr 2023, 14:37...in addition, it is impossible to pay any amounts owed by any other means than through their completely disfunctional website. They erroniouly charged me a penalty which was their fault!

If a debit order bounces on your account with them, that bank account is for some reason made inactive. You then have to pay in any amount owed manually by credit card ONLY, no debit card is accepted and there is no other portal or means (bank app, etc.) to make such payment!
So if you only own a deit card, you are indeed *****ed, unless someone is crazy enough to trust you with their credit card to make payment!
Somebody needs to urgently contact management to fix this rediculous situation, but it seems nothing is ever done?!
