Hi Elzaane,
Being without internet for five days, repeatedly following up, and still not having a technician make contact is understandably frustrating, especially when every day passes without clear progress. This is not the experience we want for our clients.
We’ve reviewed the fault notes and can confirm that Octotel has advised they will be making contact soon to arrange an appointment. In addition, we’ve escalated this to our Faults Team to actively follow up with Octotel and check for any further updates, so this does not continue without visibility. As soon as additional feedback is received, it will be relayed to you immediately.
If you need any further assistance, please reach out via a private message on Hello Peter, and we’ll continue assisting.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
