By far the worst customer service, there is so much down time/maintenance with no communication or warnings I work from home and its very frustrating, and when the service come back on its SUPER SLOW everything buffers and Lag, its even more frustrating dealing with that STUPID bot, I think that bot is also the only thing working at webafrica, no resolution/ reasoning for all this down time, but come the end of the month then webafrica debits for the entire months service
