Seriousely not impressed, will move if this is not resolved

Have been a customer for many years. Tried your useless robot system with so called tests toresolve my pathetic fibre line. I'm now tired I'm paying to watch a screen buffer the entire night for the past few months. I have an uncapped 25 meg line and barely get 1 meg. Fix this an not a robot and not a 3 hour test to see what connections we getting as it won't help our problem is at night not day time. Get my line fixed
