Serious lack of customer support

Pathetic customer service.. people don't understand simple questions and ignore or transfer you to another consultant when they can't assist. There is no other way to contact or escalate them other than whatsapp where you get tossed around like a tennis ball.. if you are considering using the., don't.. you will only be frustrated
