Send my money back!!

Webafrica is the most useless internet provider. I paid the R209 two weeks ago and they keep telling me my rica verification has failed. I’ve uploaded my bank statement which clearly shows my residential address and they keep sending me the same email, I mean are you guys blind or stupid? Or am I supposed to carry my house to your office so you can verify the address?

Please sort this out today, Friday the 13th or if not refund me my money and get lost. I need wi-fi for my business ASAP so I don’t have time to be chasing webafrica. If I had known this is what I was going to go through I would’ve picked a small start up by my house and I know they give excellent service.
