Secret clawbacks

So unprofessional. I was never informed that I needed to pay clawback fees when moving homes. I only found out now when I already took a new service at my new home. And now I need to pay 3K WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD BE WAIVED if I remain with Webafrica. Total lies. Disgusting how you cannot not even escalate issues or even call in without waiting 60 minutes and then your call is dropped.
