Webafrica is to be avoided nothing but pure ****.

I ordered a fibre connection for R549.00 for three months and thereafter R699.00 monthly.

No one told me about R999.00 & R249.00 connection fee was to be deducted from my account. I’ve emailed their consultants and chats after chats they no one seems to be interested in my issue.

I requested for a recording of my order with their agents but to date nothing has happened.

I have two fibre lines with Webafrica and I never paid all this amount on my first one. They say it’s something they introduced in February but they don’t tell you this when your ordering your line.

Am so sick of this company and how they treat customers.
