Sdv and webafrica poor connection services

We are contracted with SVD who is using webafrica for our fibre link. I have not even on vodacom. Telkom or even MTN for that matter have so much pathetic service connection problems. This is outrageous we are paying for a service that disconnects every few minutes. And the same old bla bla the technician is working on the matter. I would grossly advice any one looking to link to fibre is to do your homework and rather pay a few bucks more knowing you are connected 24/7 because the service rendered by these two companys is in one word pathetic and not worth paying +-R1000 per month.
