SCHOCKING SERVICE

I have NEVER come across a more frustrating company to get hold of. When your server is down you are not notified and you are directed to a whataspp robot which is absolutely useless. It is also IMPOSSIBLE TO get to anyone - advertised as chatting to a live support agent on he spot!
