Ridiculous ****, I had subscribed and paid Vuma through WebAfrica in January 2023 until today I have not received fibre installation. I had called WebAfrica asking assist and immediate fibre installation or refund, the worst happened wgrn they further debited my bank account for the month of March. I immediately called them for immediate termination and refund. Since January had been taken from pillar to post, the company is playing games on me asking me to provide same messages over and over and over again, they are not communicating until i start communication which is non verbal. They continuously send various *********** consultants that can't help.

I'm helpless and in March still no solution
