If I could I would rate them a absolute 0! These ********, tell you clear as day on their website that you have wifi available. You must pay your admin fees asap for fast installation JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, OOPS THEY HIT A SNAG, and you don't have life wifi in your area!

Now I say ********, because the minute I pay for something and they do not deliver what I payed for... that is theft.

15 WORKING DAYS LATER and they are still telling me I do not understand. I have screen shots, screen recordings where it says that wifi is available.
