I have tried countless times to contact Webafrica regarding an unAuthorised debit for a Fibre service I app**** for online not knowing you guys are ******** , please stop debiting my account I do not have any active fibre service from you...You people are so unprofessional and have no care for your clients ..Been queiring about this daily since last week and everyday a new consultant is not even aware what I am talking about as if you do not have records yet you can debit pathetic
