I've ordered a router weeks back and to this date, it has not been delivered. Yet on their website, it shows that my package has been shipped. I tried calling their customer care line but they put me on hold for hours and hours on end. Their WhatsApp line is ****. I've never gotten any assistance from them. So it means I have to make peace with the fact that I lost thousands of Rands to these WebAfrica con-artists. Please play very far away from this company because it is nothing but a ****.
