**** - No customer support and won't release my line to new ISP

I changed ISPs at the beginning of May and WebAfrica said my account would be cancelled and line would be released at the end of May. I have been without internet for 2 weeks now because of WebAfrica not releasing my line (negligence as usual with this company) and it is impossible to reach any of their customer support agents on whatsapp. there is no direct line to call and I am starting to think this company is a ****. AVOID - there are plenty other ISPs you can use - like SuperSonic. Don't waste time and money with this one
