They stole your money, they don’t support you. Their call center is worst.. you have to pay R 3/minute if you call them.

Log a ticket a wait for only few months. Yes you will get invoice because they have your account details and they will Deduct you .

Trust me they are *****.. choose some other provider. I have mailed them for 40+ time and a lady has same reply ‘we are working on it’
