**** Africa In Action No Shame with these *********.
Massive **** ar**** I have had a ticket open for over a year I try to get help and they just close my tickets they are only interested in money these packages are a **** there is no support 56k intermitant connection they only care about there fat pay packet at the end of the month these guys are huge **** ar**** only interested in money and will never help there users they have wasted over a year of my money and with all the tickets I have logged with them they only send me invoices proof of the **** temple of aftica you guys are a Joke Worst ISP EVER buy nothing from them they should be closed down day light *******.

Have you ever wanted a company to just close all your tickets with 0 replies and the Fault still being an Issue? Do you want Dismal Customer Service and People who don't really care that you are paying them for a service that they don't actually care to Provide Where your tickets will remain open for months on end and they will just lie to you saying it's being escalated or it's not their problem Then WEB AFRICA is the service for you?
Actually disgusting I reported this last year they don't Reply nor do they care However they Will Happily take your money and feed you lies. Most pathetic service I have ever had since this LTE migration but hey so long as their books look good who cares about the customer right?
Never sign up with this Pathetic ISP they will never help you but will definitely Take your money and give you 0 service.
