Save yourself and don't sign up with Web Africa!!!

The worst possible decision to make... They are absolutely useless. I app**** for a fibre line through Web Africa, it's been nearly 3 weeks since my line was "activated" and I am still unable to connect. I have communicated on there stupid WhatsApp chat which is absolutely ineffective and slow wasting hours of my day with no end in sight and still unable to connect. Every agent gives a different story/ solution but no results.

I am absolutely fed up now and even cancellation is a nightmare 😭 they transfer you from person to person asking for information and then nothing.

Save yourself and don't bother with Web Africa. They are pathetic...
