Satisfied customer due to Thokozile Mthetwa's assistance

After being put on hold for an hour this morning trying to reconnect my fiber due to a billing issue, i disconnected the call and called the sales department of WebAfrica. A young Lady named Thokozile Mthethwa answered the call and immediately assisted me, even though this was not part of her job. She managed to get the billing issue sorted within a few minutes.
